Using a wide range of commercial materials hydraPower offer a comprehensive fabrication facility allied to tubular products. Bent tubes can be enhanced with a wide range of features depending on their application as follows:-

• Welding – MIG / TIG / brazing (multi station semi auto)
• Welded or brazed components including:-
• Brackets and clips
• Flanges
• Threaded fittings
• Drilling, Slotting, machining etc
• Pressure test – Hydraulic/Air under Water

Complex structural items such as seat frames and manifold units can be produced using jigs and fixtures made in our own Toolroom.
